Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day Becky!!

This week I traveled to the Turks and Caicos islands for work. I had a couple spare free hours to spend on the beach. It was very beautiful.

On Saturday we traveled to Lawrence where I ran a 10K. I think I might have PR'd: 47:55....pretty good for this 32 year old body.
