Haley had her preschool program today at 9:30am. It was great. Torren was being a stinker. I think he knew today wasn't about him and he did not like it. :)
This is Haley with her teacher, Mrs. Bocquin.
Haley's last day of preschool was Wednesday. I picked her up and we meet her friends at the park for a quick lunch. Above is Madison, Haley, and Lyndie.
Haley normally has a breakfast of flavored oatmeal (made by mom) or 1 peice of turkey sausage, 1 poached egg, and 1/2 banana (made by dad).
Haley's friend Lyndie was sick and gone from today's program. Lyndie had prepared a prayer to say, but Haley's teacher asked Haley to say the prayer last minute and off the cuff. Haley doesn't pray out loud very much at home so I was a very proud papa.
Haley's teacher identifies a particular Christ-like trait for each child that they have displayed most during the year. Haley's and 2 other kids was a "Servant Heart." Haley got a sheet of paper with the verse: If anyone serves, he should do it with all the strength God provides so that in all things God will be praised in Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 4:11b
"Kindergarden, here we come."
